Positive Outlook is a newly built, beautifully decorated and fully furnished rental cabin.  Situated on 5 acres within a valley and along a cliff line, this cabin offers great views and peacefulness.

Positive Outlook is located in Laurel Fork Rustic Retreat bordering Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area in Tennessee.

Amenities

If you are looking for a romantic getaway then you may enjoy the Master Suite with its see-through fireplace between a private Jacuzzi and king size bed.  This master suite also includes a 2-person shower, satellite TV/DVD, large stone chimney, 26-foot ceilings and a walk out to decks with a view of the valley.  

For larger gatherings you may make good use of the 4-bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  There is a 2nd Master Bedroom with a king size bed, private vanity/basin, bistro set, satellite TV / DVD and walkout to a large deck.  The 3rd bedroom has a King size bed and 26-foot high ceilings.  The 4th bedroom is fun for kids or adults with 2 Full Beds and Nintendo 64 with games.   

For the largest gatherings, there are Queen and Twin sleeper sofas in the lower level parlor and an available Queen air mattress with raised bed frame and electric air pump in the loft.  Up to 12 people can sleep very comfortably in this home.  There is actually overflow sleeping accommodations for up to 16 people if the sectional sofa, air mattress and sleeper sofa are utilized. 

There is a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. You will find all you need for even large holiday meals.  This kitchen also has a breakfast bar, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, rotisserie/toaster oven and coffee maker.  A separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen has a large dining room table with comfortable seating for eight.   

Its nice to gather in the great room which has unobstructed views of bluffs, valleys and rolling hills.   The large gas fireplace with stone chimney creates a warm and inviting environment.  This room also has satellite TV/DVD, over 80 DVD's and a walk out to a furnished screen porch.  You may also appreciate the ambiance created by the 600 square foot wall of windows, hand crafted two-story spiral staircase and vaulted ceilings.  A cozy loft overlooks the great room, dining area and kitchen.  This loft has casual seating and a walkout to a private veranda with sweeping views of a valley.

The lower level has a parlor with large southern facing windows, an 8 foot slate billiard table, a pub table that seats four, satellite TV/DVD and plenty of seating.  There is also a professional arcade game that plays over 50 classic games including Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Frogger and more.

Outdoors you will find more amenities including a large stone fire pit, 7-person hot tub, 1600 square feet of tiered decks and covered porches, a stainless steel barbecue and a horse swing for toddlers.
